How it works
+What exactly am I buying?
A digital invitation on its own web page, plus a dashboard where you edit it. There are two plans. Invitation: the full card, one link for all of it and a separate link for each function. Invitation + Guest List: all of that, plus you add each guest by name and each one gets their own link. There is no app for anyone to install.
+What is a private guest link?
A separate address for the same invitation, made for one guest. It greets them by name, shows how many places are held for them, and shows only the events they are invited to. They come with the Invitation + Guest List plan, for as many guests as you like, and anybody can still be sent the general link or an event's own link.
+Do my guests need an account?
No. They tap the link and the invitation opens. It works on any phone with a browser.
+How long does it take to set up?
Most people have something they are happy to send within an hour. Everything is editable afterwards, so nothing has to be final on the first pass.
Payment & delivery
+How do I pay?
By bank transfer. At checkout you see our account details and the exact amount; send it from your banking app, then upload the receipt or type the transaction ID. There is nothing to pay on the card itself.
+How soon is my card live?
We confirm your payment on WhatsApp within 1 hour, and your card goes live as soon as it is confirmed. You can keep editing it while you wait.
+Can I get a refund?
Only if the card does not work as described and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged twice for the same card. We do not refund a change of mind -- every design can be tried with your own names before you pay. Bought the wrong design? We switch your card to the one you meant instead of refunding it. Ask from Settings, Plan & billing on your card, or message us on WhatsApp; a person reads every request.
Editing and events
+Can I change things after sending the link?
Yes. Edits go live immediately on every link you have already shared, so you never have to re-send anything.
+How many events can one invitation have?
As many as you are having. You choose your functions from a list covering ten traditions, name them whatever your family calls them, and each one carries its own date, timing, venue and guest list.
+Can I use my own photographs?
Yes, on the cover, the opening page, the family sections and the gallery. If you would rather not use photographs, every design has its own illustrations that take your colours.
+Can I change the colours?
Yes. Every design ships in several palettes and you can set your own two colours from the dashboard.
Guests and sharing
+How do I add a few hundred guests?
A guest list comes with the Invitation + Guest List plan, with no limit on how many; on the Invitation plan your card has its general link and each function's link instead. With the Guest List, add them one at a time or paste a whole list, and count a family as one entry with a headcount rather than as separate people.
+How do guests reply?
Through the contacts you put on the card. Your invitation shows the family members you choose, with tap-to-call numbers, so replies come to you the way they always have.
+Can I see who has opened it?
You can see your guest list and running headcounts per event from your dashboard.
Paying and keeping it
+Is it a subscription?
No, you pay once. Choose Invitation for the full card with a link for all of it and a link for each function, or Invitation + Guest List to also give every guest a personal link. That is the whole choice.
+Can I add the Guest List later?
Yes. Start with Invitation and upgrade to Invitation + Guest List from your dashboard whenever you like, paying only the difference, never the card again. The Guest List has no limit on how many guests you add.
+Can you set it up for me?
Yes. There is a setup service where we enter everything for you from the details you send. You still get the dashboard afterwards and can change anything yourself.
+Can I use my own domain?
Yes, and connecting it is free. You buy the domain from any registrar (the only cost is the domain itself) and connect it from your settings, or send it to us on WhatsApp and we connect it for you. Your original link keeps working either way.
