How it works
+What exactly am I buying?
A digital invitation on its own web page, plus a dashboard where you edit it. It comes with one link you can share with anybody. Private invitations addressed to each guest by name are an upgrade you can add at any time. There is no app for anyone to install.
+What is a private guest link?
A separate address for the same invitation, made for one guest. It greets them by name, shows how many places are held for them, and shows only the events they are invited to. You buy these in packs, and anybody you do not have a private link for can still be sent the general link.
+Do my guests need an account?
No. They tap the link and the invitation opens. It works on any phone with a browser.
+How long does it take to set up?
Most people have something they are happy to send within an hour. Everything is editable afterwards, so nothing has to be final on the first pass.
Editing and events
+Can I change things after sending the link?
Yes. Edits go live immediately on every link you have already shared, so you never have to re-send anything.
+How many events can one invitation have?
As many as you are having. You choose your functions from a list covering ten traditions, name them whatever your family calls them, and each one carries its own date, timing, venue and guest list.
+Can I use my own photographs?
Yes, on the cover, the opening page, the family sections and the gallery. If you would rather not use photographs, every design has its own illustrations that take your colours.
+Can I change the colours?
Yes. Every design ships in several palettes and you can set your own two colours from the dashboard.
Guests and sharing
+How do I add a few hundred guests?
A guest list needs a pack of private invitations; without one your card has its general link and nothing to manage. With a pack, add them one at a time or paste a whole list, and count a family as one entry with a headcount rather than as separate people.
+How do guests reply?
Through the contacts you put on the card. Your invitation shows the family members you choose, with tap-to-call numbers, so replies come to you the way they always have.
+Can I see who has opened it?
You can see your guest list and running headcounts per event from your dashboard.
Paying and keeping it
+Is it a subscription?
No, you pay once. The card is one price and includes a link you can share with everybody. What costs more is private invitations addressed to guests by name — those come in packs of 30, 120 or unlimited, and you only buy one if you want them.
+What if I need more private invitations?
Move up a pack and pay only the difference between the two, never the card again. Anybody beyond your pack can still be sent the general link, so a growing list never stops you inviting somebody.
+Can you set it up for me?
Yes. There is a setup service where we enter everything for you from the details you send. You still get the dashboard afterwards and can change anything yourself.
+Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You buy the domain from any registrar and connect it from your settings. Your original link keeps working either way.
